Double Profits.

The Double Profits programme comprises three distinct stages, detailed below. They are sequential, typically follow directly on one from the other and are tailored to the specific needs of the business. No two programmes are the same but they share one thing in common – surprising results, at speed.

Stage 1: Validation

In a single day we spend time with the business and its leadership to ensure there is both a growth opportunity and fit. We make that investment to ensure your time and money is well spent.

Stage 2: Discovery

In an intensive, hands-on, three-week period we work with all parts of the business. We seek to understand the market space. We watch. We listen. We ask the dumb (and maybe not so dumb) questions. We think and analyse.

The outcome is a quantification of the opportunity to grow profits. And a fully-costed plan to make it happen.

Stage 3: Action

Pre-conception free, we have no idea about the shape of the Action Plan. Typically it involves getting and keeping more customers, a degree of change and a wave of enthusiasm.

Either you deliver the plan for yourself or we assist or we joint venture. We have no preference as long as you double profits.

In addition to our Double Profits service, we also offer a related set of services for Private Equity houses to assist with current and prospective investments.

    For those on tight timescales we provide a basic health check of the sales and marketing activity and assets. We focus on pricing, proposition, pipeline, programmes, base systems, resource and expenditure plans.

    Through daily short-form reporting, the investor can dynamically track the work, receive early alerts and cross-feed into concurrent due diligence activities. End to end duration, one week.

  • Discovery

    An extensive three-week drill down into the sales and marketing function, no stone unturned. The objective is to provide the investor with the clearest possible picture of investee capability to deliver the business plan and capitalise potential upside.

  • Vision

    When identifying future growth opportunities, organisations are frequently blinded by constraints of resource, finance or vision. We seek to break such constraint by bringing fresh thinking. We seek out adjacent, undiscovered markets for current products and services. We also explore new products and services for existing or new markets.
